- Site reporting our static guard officer will take details of persons or vehicles approaching premises for customer and NZ Police auditing purposes.
- Our Static Guard officers do receive welfare checks conducted by our 24/7 control room and random site visits by our mobile patrol team whilst on guard duty.
- The customer will liaise directly with our Professional Security Services static guard supervisor for any site instructions.
We can supply customers through out Auckland with random Mobile Patrol visits day or night 24/7 to ensure their site is secure and in order and you the customer has peace of mind and the right protection to deter any offence.
What you will receive:
- A fully trained uniformed Mobile Patrol Officer licensed and vetted by NZ Justice Dept performing your Nightly site visits, including lock ups/beddowns/internal walkthroughs/external foot patrols.
- Each marked patrol vehicle is fitted with a real time dash cam and GPS tracking and real time customer reporting straight to the customer.
- Alarm Attendance rapid response mobile patrol to your onsite alarm system from any and all monitoring dispatch centres.
- We can hold keys to your site if required to perform Internal or external Patrol visits and also reset your alarm system whilst onsite.
- We can check on your staff welfare after hours if requested and escort them to their vehicles
- All customers will receive Protected by Professional Security Services Ltd window stickers and large Fence Signs.
- Each customer will be allocated one point of contact at Professional Security Services for all security liaison and Instruction.
- Duress response: Our Team of Mobile Patrol Officers have been trained to respond to our customers if they find themselves in a Duress situation at any time we can respond immediately to your assistance as priority one callout.
Our Monitoring Team are focused and dedicated in our 24/7 Monitoring Centre for the protection of your premises and to ensure that your alarm system is armed and in working order.
What you will receive
- We program in to your monitoring a 24hr test signal report from your alarm system to our control room to guarantee your alarm system is communicating with our Control Room free of Trouble or faults.
- We Monitor all range of signals from your alarm system including the following : Intruder Activations, Fail to Sets, late to close, unauthorised unsets, Panic, Tamper, smoke, temperature alarms, forced doors, mains fail, low battery signals.
- We Monitor alarm systems at all range of Premises including: residential homes, retail, commercial buildings, warehouses, schools, yards, access controlled doors.
- We can supply the customer with a weekly report to who is unsetting and entering their premise after hours if requested.
- Direct dispatch from our Monitoring team to our Patrol team if customers alarm system activates and requires immediate Patrol response to site.
Alarm Attendance Service is performed by our highly trained Mobile Patrol team they are trained in 14 different types of alarm system so they understand how to respond to your site and your system.
What you will receive.
- We arrive at your site in our marked patrol car with our dash cam running (for Police audit purposes) and perform a foot patrol external check of your site included is ensuring the following are secure: windows, doors, all glass intact no unauthorised persons onsite.
- We will then enter the premises and perform an internal inspection to find the cause of the alarm activation if holding keys and alarm codes.
- We then call the owner if any issue is found by our officers.
- We guarantee our customers PSS will be onsite at their premises no longer than 30 mins after their alarm is activated and we are dispatched from our Monitoring team inside the Auckland area.
We have licenced and Qualified Alarm technicians that will provide and Install the right alarm system for you and your premises protection.
